  Chad, the person who helped me, was very polite, professional and friendly. I grabbed a business card with a direct line phone number to eliminate having to wait for someone to answer the main line. I will definetly come back/call when I need parts.

  tried calling few times, some one picks up the phone then hangs up right away before you can even get a word out...

  Over the past years I have had the privilege of working with the gentlemen at LKQ Ponoka. They convey a strong professional image and strive for excellence at all times. While I have dealt with most of the professional staff there, I would like to also mention that Luke seems to always find those exceptionally harder to find parts for me. Thank you to all the staff at LKQ.

  Kinda hard to reach these folks on the phone (thats why i rated 4 stars instead of 5) but when I went to their location in person they had exactly what I needed at a good price.
