  This is the WORST dealership I have experienced from Lethbridge to Grande Prairie. Financing has great service because they want to rob you of as much of your money as they can. Everyone else, from management, to sales, has unbelievably god-awful customer service skills. Trust me, you are better off with a 10 speed bicycle than buying a vehicle from these crooks!

  We encountered a mechanical issue with our truck while travelling between Edmonton and Calgary. It was -25 and we needed help immediately as the truck was nearly dead. They were able to accommodate us immediately, offered to drive us to get lunch, put the TV on for cartoons for our three year old and opened a bin of toys for her. They were able to get the vehicle fixed under warranty in just a few hours and had us back on the road safely. The experience was great and painless. Great group of people!

  I took my ride in to get fixed and who ever worked on it put a dent in it. They also lost my oil cap and they did some thing to it that made it run worse then when I gave it to them

  I was camping at Ponoka Stampede last week and noticed a low tire on my truck. Now it's Ponoka parade day and everything shuts down for Ponoka Stampede. The next day is Canada Day. Every business will be closed until Tuesday. Panic mode! I filled it with air and limped over to Adam's GM. I didn't buy it there, it isn't even their brand and to boot they're in the middle of the annual customer appreciation BBQ. I pull up to the quick lube bay and with hat in hand ask "any chance of getting a tire fixed?" The tech politely answers " Oh I'm sure we can help you out". Within 30 minutes I'm fixed up and back on the road. Wow what service! Full disclosure: I know the owner, I thought I was going to pull some strings and beg. His guys didn't know who I was. I think they give great service to everyone!
